On Tuesday 30th June 2026, we hosted our "Read the Room" webinar.

Anybody who frequently presents knows the dilemma: you spend ages polishing slides and rehearsing timings. Then, in the room, the audience responds differently. Perhaps they have questions. Maybe they don't seem engaged. Possibly you have attendees you weren't expecting. So how do you respond?

Our webinar explored the way that different industry experts prepare for the unexpected. How can we successfully read the room, take on board our audience's real-time feedback (explicit or implicit) and adapt our presentation, event or meeting so that the message lands successfully every time. In essence, how can we avoid the monotony of slide-after-slide and open up real conversation and engagement with our audience?
