All data is hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure within the UK, offering

Granular Permissions & Access Control
slideAcross provides flexible access management at both the organisation and individual
presentation level. Roles can be assigned as owners, administrators, editors, or
viewers/commenters, giving you precise control over who can view, edit, and share content within
your teams.
Encryption & Offline Reliability
Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, using TLS and irreversible hashing for
credentials. Presentations are fully operational offline once loaded - allowing you to deliver
seamlessly, even without an internet connection. (AI features remain cloud-dependent.)
AI with Privacy in Mind
Our AI services are powered through paid access to OpenAI and are strictly isolated; your data is
never used to train public models or shared beyond your presentation boundaries. The result is
smarter support, without compromising your privacy or proprietary insights.
Robust Backup & Redundancy
We’ve implemented multiple layers of backup to ensure recovery and continuity:
- Restore points every five minutes
- Full database backups four times daily
